Introduction

My HypnoQuit programme combines clinical hypnotherapy and NLP to help you quit smoking.  HypnoQuit works by helping you to identify the triggers that keep you going back to smoking, no matter how many times you try to stop. We explore the reasons why you want to quit smoking and then help to embed those reasons into your subconscious mind. Quitting smoking is the beginning of a new life with many positive benefits to you health, finances and happiness. My HypnoQuit sessions help you to visualize those benefits and then achieve them.
