My HypnoSleep programme combines clinical hypnotherapy and NLP to help treat insomnia. Insomnia is debilitating to the mind and body, reducing the time it has to repair and refresh, and can lead to problems with work, relationships and health. HypnoSleep works because I work with you to explore the causes of your insomnia and use strategies to develop healthy sleep – including calming techniques and removing some of the causes of your insomnia. Through a programme of sessions we will work together to relieve you of your insomnia and allow you to sleep healthily, fully repairing your mind and body for the day ahead.
