My HypnoSleep programme combines clinical hypnotherapy and NLP to help treat nightmares. Nightmares can be a terrifying experience for sufferers and can seriously affect quality of sleep and emotional wellbeing. There are many causes of nightmares, but they can be a symptom of a lifestyle change or result of traumatic experiences and events from the past. HypnoSleep works because I work with you to explore the causes of your nightmares – including lifestyle and thinking patterns – and develop calming techniques, removing some of the causes of your nightmares. Through a programme of sessions we will work together to relieve you of your nightmares and allow you a peaceful sleep free of fear and distress.
