My HypnoSleep programme combines clinical hypnotherapy and NLP to help treat restless leg syndrome (RLS). RLS is the mild to severe agitation of the lower limbs and usually occurs during sleep. Anxiety or stress and emotional issues can sometimes cause this. HypnoSleep works because I work with you to explore the causes of RLS and help you to eliminate those causes. Through a programme of sessions we will work together to understand how RLS works and to practice calming techniques to allow for peaceful nights sleep.
